Enemies
Velociraptors, Pteranodons, Therizinosaurus, and the relentless T-Rex — behaviors and combat strategies.
Velociraptor (Standard)
EncounterThe most common predatory threat in the facility. Hunts alone or in pairs, capable of opening doors and leaping to disarm Regina. A well-timed shotgun blast or strong tranquilizer dart neutralizes them quickly.
- PA-3 Shotgun at close range or Anesthetic Darts
- Lure behind red laser shutters to shoot safely
Blue Velociraptor
EliteA tougher, faster, and far more relentless raptor sub-species found in the deeper sublevels. Their attacks inflict bleeding easily and shrug off standard handgun rounds.
- SPAS-12 Shotgun or Heat Grenade Bullets
- Do not attempt to sprint past in tight corridors without staggering them
Compsognathus (Compies)
EncounterSmall scavengers that swarm in packs. While individually weak, they can surround Regina and drain vitality if you linger to search fallen bodies.
- Glock handgun or simply sprint past without stopping
- Never waste heavy shotgun shells or grenade rounds on them
Pteranodon
EncounterFlying carnivores patrolling open-air catwalks and elevator yards. They dive-bomb from above to snatch Regina, attempting to drop her into open machinery or deep drops.
- Sprint to the next door or clear the Quick Time Event prompts rapidly
- Shotgun or handgun only when clearing the airspace is mandatory
Therizinosaurus
EliteMassive, heavily armored predators sporting elongated scythe-like claws. They possess high poise and can knock Regina flat with a single lateral sweep.
- Grenade Gun or SPAS-12 with Slag Bullets
- Maintain maximum distance to stay outside their sweeping claw reach
Bosses
Tyrannosaurus Rex (T-Rex)
Boss · DeadlyThe island's apex predator. Smashes through glass and concrete walls at scripted story milestones. Cannot be permanently killed until the final escape climax; earlier encounters require holding it at bay or surviving until escape doors unlock.
- Grenade Gun (Standard & Heat Grenades)
- Time heavy shots precisely when its jaws open wide
- Sprint in wide arcs during timed survival sequences
