Bonus ModeA scored minigame set across the game's environments, tasking you with tracking down every hidden leech charm on the map within the time limit. Your score determines which of the rewards below you unlock.

Leech Hunter Rewards
Infinite Handgun Ammo
Leech Hunter RewardNo more rationing 9mm rounds for either character's sidearm.
- Unlimited 9mm ammo for both Rebecca's and Billy's Handguns
Infinite Shotgun Ammo
Leech Hunter RewardAlso removes the Hunting Gun's biggest downside — no more reloading every two shots.
- Unlimited shells for both the Hunting Gun and the Shotgun
Machine Gun Ammo During a Normal Playthrough
Leech Hunter RewardThe lowest bar of all the Leech Hunter rewards, but it puts Machine Gun ammo in normal circulation well before you'd otherwise be able to unlock the weapon itself.
- Machine Gun magazines begin appearing as pickups in the main campaign
Magnum Revolver From the Start
Leech Hunter RewardLets you carry the game's second-strongest weapon from the very first train car instead of waiting for the one guaranteed appearance late in the story.
- The Magnum Revolver appears in Train Room 202 on a New Game, on the bed beside a dead passenger
Clear Game Rewards
Machine Gun From the Start
Clear Game RewardSkip the search entirely and begin your next playthrough already carrying the MP5.
- The Machine Gun (MP5) starts in Billy's inventory on a New Game
Rocket Launcher From the Start
Clear Game RewardThe highest-tier reward in the game — a New Game that starts with unlimited one-shot kills already in hand.
- The Rocket Launcher starts in Rebecca's inventory on a New Game
