Rion wakes with no memory in the Drug Administration Lab. Search left for the Medical Staff Notes, then use telekinesis on the door. In the Monitor Room beyond it, kill the lone Medical Staff, then search left for the Security Card and the terminal beside it for a Recovery Capsule. Push on into 14F Goddess Hall.

Kill the three Medical Staff in 14F Goddess Hall. Use the Security Card on the panel at the Security Gate to unlock it. In the Security Checkpoint, kill the guard, press the button to permanently unlock the door, and search the mess to the right of it for another Recovery Capsule. In the Security Control Room, kill the second guard, search the panel with the red light for the Freezer Room Key, press its button to permanently open the Checkpoint door, and search the mirror for a cutscene.

Backtrack to the Security Checkpoint and take the newly unlocked door into the Medical Supply Closet — worth the visit even though it's optional. Climb the ladder for the Beeject, and search the boxes against the left wall for Nalcon. Continue into 14F Hall A, killing the three Security Guards, then into 14F Hall B — here, walk instead of run and kill the guards while they're still asleep or turned away.

In the Machine Chair Lab, kill the two Medical Staff before they notice you, search the right terminal for the PPEC Storage Key and the left for Delemetor. Use the Freezer Room Key back in 14F Hall B to reach the Freezer: search the red dot in the center for a cutscene, then pull the Fuse from the box nearby. Don't walk through the cold air without the fuse removed — it damages you. Grab the Recovery Capsules and Nalcon here too, then head to the door in 14F Hall B the fuse unlocks, back into the Drug Administration Lab. Use the PPEC Storage Key on the cylindrical container to collect Liquid Explosives and Delemetor.

On 13F Goddess Hall A, stay still — a patrolling guard walks right past you for a free kill. In the Lem Television Room, interact with the TVs and the pillar in front of them for a cutscene; this also marks a save point. In the G Project Briefing room, kill the Medical Staff, search the end of the table for a Recovery Capsule and the post by the screen for Red, then activate the screen for the G Project Report. In the Fetus Incubator room beyond, grab Delemetor on the left and search the far end for the Special PPEC Office Key.

Skip the door in the 13F Corridor to reach the Jackpot Room detour (see Secrets) or push straight through, killing the two Riflemen there. In the Factory, a White Robot activates mid-cutscene — try to be Shorting when you enter. Otherwise, engage from mid-range with Nalcon; too close and the short's delay costs you hits, too far and it gets several shots in first. Grab the Recovery Capsule from the apparatus, then head downstairs.

Clear the two Security Guards in the 12F Foyer, then enter the Computer Room. The lights shut off and the door locks — walk behind the first row of computers for the Control Room Key, then search the three red lights at the back wall in this order, relative to the camera: Right, Left, Center. Getting it right turns the lamps blue and starts a projector; face it and search for pictures of Rion's parents. Grab the Red behind the computers, then flip the switch to unlock the door.

Back in the 12F Foyer, take the other door into the Goddess Room (3x Rabbit in bandages) — don't go into the Control Room yet. Take the optional 12F Hall detour for the two-headed animal mural (see Secrets), then continue to the Staff Bar: kill the three Medical Staff, then search the two gray boxes for Nalcon and a Recovery Capsule, and the large centerpiece for the Test Lab Key.

Back through the Goddess Room and up the stairs to 13F Goddess Hall B (2x Rabbit in bandages) — grab the Red at the end of the hall. In the Test Data Area, take the Research Lab Key immediately on the right (the rest of the room's items are optional), then use it in the Control Room off the Goddess Room (2x Security Guard) to reach the Research Lab — do not leave without the Two-Headed Monkey. Take the Test Lab for the Two-Headed Snake, the red door Armory for the Two-Headed Wolf (ignore the two White Robots inside unless you want the Skip in the boxes opposite), and the Clinic Chief's Office back at the 12F Foyer for the Two-Headed Eagle and Lem's Notes.

In the Pedestal Room off the 12F Foyer, place the four stones in this order: Snake, Eagle, Wolf, Monkey. A door opens in a cutscene — step through and run the length of the Long Corridor without stopping, ignoring the White Robot chasing you. In the Interrogation Room, grab the Skip from the shelves before searching the central console for a major cutscene, then leave through the door nearest the computers, ignoring the Robots. Past the Arabesque Incubator (get the items, ignore the Arabesque if you're at full AP) and the Antichamber save point, head into the Elevator Room.
