Rion Steel — Survival Strategy
Rion Steel plays nothing like a typical survival-horror lead — instead of guns and ammo, he fights with PPEC drugs injected through the Beeject, charged up and released at will. The real resource to manage isn't supply, it's Rion's own AP gauge: let it fill completely and he Shorts automatically, a powerful but risky burst that leaves him vulnerable right after. Stock Delmeter, lean on Nalcon as your default answer to everything, and save Red and D-Felon for the fights that actually call for them.

Recommendations
- Lead with Nalcon in almost every fight — it's the only PPEC nothing resists, and you'll rarely run dry.
- Always carry at least one Delmeter. Running out and Shorting at the wrong moment is the most common way to die.
- Save often — the game's save points are generous, and the Mushroom Tower removes them entirely past a certain point.
- Only backtrack for missed items if they're Delmeter or Skip — everything else is plentiful enough to skip.
- Learn each boss's immunities before the fight starts: Red does nothing to Robots or Rainheart, and Short doesn't work on Birdman, Rainheart, Rita, Cain, or Dorothy.
