Draining the Pool & Reaching Room 003
Use the Square Crank to drain the courtyard pool and reach the Guardhouse. Collect the Red Book in Room 002, use the key from the bathroom to unlock Room 003, and swap the Red Book onto the shelf to reveal the door to Plant 42.

Defeating Plant 42 with Rebecca's Assistance
Plant 42 (Chris Route)
Boss · HardIf Plant 42 grabs Chris during the fight, gameplay automatically switches to Rebecca. Navigate to Pharmacy B1, mix the V-Jolt (1+3=4, 4+6=10, 1+10=11, 10+11=21), and apply it to the roots in B1 basement to free Chris! Retrieve the Helmet Key from the fireplace.
