Dylan & Regina — Edward City Rescue Operation

This walkthrough covers the full seven-mission campaign of Dino Crisis 2, alternating between Dylan and Regina as they race through the time-displaced Edward City to rescue survivors and recover the Third Energy data before extraction closes.

Chain kills quickly to build combo rank — higher ranks award bonus Extinction Points at the end of each area.
Prioritize EP spending on Dylan's Anti-Tank Rifle and Regina's Heavy Machine Gun as soon as you can afford them.
Use the Machete and Stungun sub-weapons to save firearm ammo on weak Compsognathus and single raptors.
