    Storm Owl's stage, Air Forces, opens on a Repliforce airfield before putting Zero on board a jet for an extended aerial segment — an auto-scrolling gauntlet of gunfire and missile volleys before you reach the boss's arena. Keep moving and don't get boxed into a corner of the screen.

    The Heart Tank sits on a platform that a laser cannon blasts apart — reach it fast with a dash-jump, before the platform drops out from under it.

Dash-jump to it before the laser cannon destroys the platform.

    Boss Fight: Storm Owl

    Storm Owl

    Difficulty

    Spends most of the fight swooping through the open airspace. Meet him at the top of each arc with an aerial saber string. Defeating him hands you Kuuenzan.

    Attacks
    • Diving swoops across the arena
    • Wind gusts that push you toward the arena's edges
    Strategy
    • Wall-cling against the wind, then dash-jump into him as he swoops for a saber hit
    • Air-combo him at the top of his swoop arc where he slows down
