From the Entrance Hall, explore the Sol Hallway and pick up the Golden Candlestick on its stairs.

It's the key piece of the trap about to take Lorenzo out of the picture. At the end of the hallway, a door with a sun drawn on it leads to Lorenzo's true face.

Crossing the sun door, Lorenzo starts chasing you — don't underestimate him, he's faster than his frail appearance suggests. Order Hewie to attack him without letting him lose sight of you, and lure him back down the hallway into the Entrance Hall.

There are flammable crates next to a dais in the Entrance Hall. With the Golden Candlestick in your inventory and Lorenzo still following you, step onto the dais to trigger the trap — Lorenzo is left gravely wounded instantly.

Past the hole left by the explosion, Lorenzo is still alive, but crawling now. Lead him to the twisted pillar at the end of the Long Hallway — it's easier to beat on him there than in the narrow corridor. Order Hewie to attack him while you kick him (aim for his upper body; low kicks miss), and once he holds up a hand in surrender, you can steal items from him by standing over him and pressing the action button as many times as you want until there's nothing left.

Lorenzo drops the Sol Key right on the conveyor belt. Head back to the Sol Hallway and use it on the door with the sun symbol to enter the Sol Room — Lorenzo's office. The Mystery Sketch on the table reveals the existence of the House of Truth, the domain Lorenzo has been hiding behind his frail-old-man act this whole time.

Return to the Entrance Hall to save your game and equip your best gear. In the Conveyor Belt Room, use the Sol Key on the door with the sun symbol to move on toward what's waiting in the House of Truth.
