Returning to Debilitas' Shack
Restroom cubicle (via the Smudged Key)Metal BootsBefore pushing further into the castle, swing back by Debilitas' Shack — he hands over the Smudged Key, which opens the restroom cubicle. Inside is the secret basement holding the Metal Boots, an immediate upgrade to Fiona's kick damage. While you're near the restroom, check behind the crumbled wall for a stash of Refined Antimony too.

The Laundry Room Basement
Laundry Room BasementStudy KeySend Hewie through the hole in the Laundry Room to reach the basement beyond and retrieve the Study Key. It opens a small desk elsewhere in the castle that's been locked until now.

The Lunar Refractor
Use the Study Key on the small desk to find the Lunar Refractor. Bring it to the Lunar Refractor Room and use it on the room's mechanism to solve the puzzle blocking your way forward.

Daniella's Pursuit Intensifies
Daniella starts actively hunting Fiona through this stretch of the castle rather than just observing her. Her movements are unnervingly smooth and fast in short bursts — break line of sight through doorways rather than trying to outlast her in a straight chase.
If you haven't already, use the ADAMAS and POWDER plate-keys on the plate-key machine for the Diamond Choker and Burst Boots before the next fight — both make the rest of the castle noticeably safer.

Boss Fight: Daniella
Daniella
Boss · MediumThe mirror room's puzzle-like layout is the whole fight — position Fiona so Daniella's own attacks bounce back at her rather than trying to simply out-hit her.
Attacks- Fast, precise physical strikes
- Closes distance quicker than her calm demeanor suggests
Strategy- Use the room's mirrors to block and reflect her attacks instead of trading hits directly
- Beat her down as much as possible for a chance at the Philosopher Earrings drop

Leaving the Castle Behind
With Daniella dealt with, the door that was sealed at the start of the game finally gives way, leading out of the castle proper and into the grounds of the Old Mansion. Everything from here on is new territory.
Once you step through into the Old Mansion, the castle interior you've been exploring is closed off for the rest of the game. Make sure you've swept it for Magnesia, Antimony, and any plate-key crafting you still want done before moving on.
