    Volcano

    Magma Dragoon's stage, Volcano, winds down into an active volcanic base — rising lava, sudden fire geysers, and falling chunks of molten rock. Keep moving; standing still near an open lava stretch is rarely safe for long.

    Body Parts Capsule

    Area 2Body Parts Capsule

    On a high platform to the right, just before you climb into the Ride Armor. Rocks block the way — destroy them with a charged Twin Slasher to reach the Body Parts Capsule, which halves the damage X takes and builds Nova Strike energy from every hit.

    Heart Tank

    Area 2Heart Tank

    Right at the start of Area 2, the Heart Tank is on a very high platform. Dash-jump up to it from the Ride Armor, or plant a Lightning Web and climb.

    Magma Dragoon

    Difficulty

    The toughest of the eight — aggressive, fast, and punishing up close. Frost Tower's ice pillar douses his fire attacks and catches him during the recovery window after each lunge. Defeating him hands you Rising Fire and completes the Maverick hunt.
