Through the Park
- You reach a park with a small pond; worms or Hunter β may appear — clear them. Go right, down the steps to a small river with a bridge; cross it (zombies or Hunter γ on the path). Tree-lined path: Cerberus or Hunter β; a body by an explosive tank has the Supervisor's Written Order and the Cemetery Key. The path continues but that door needs a key; a body near it has magnum rounds.
Park FountainMetal Pipe area — drain the water first- Back to the park entrance, cross the pond to the other door. At the fountain: grab the herbs at the back first, then drop down into the fountain. There's a floor hatch in the corner, but you must drain the water first — match the gears to the picture on the wall in front of you, then use the blue panel. Get the two black gears to the top and the two white gears to the bottom in six moves or fewer.

The Cemetery and Grave Digger
- Shoot the zombies, take the red herbs, into the Cemetery Cabin and discard the key. Inside: 2 Gunpowder A and 2 Gunpowder B (don't combine yet) and the Metal Pipe. Far door: First Aid Spray. Item box: take the powder and the Reloading Tool and make Acid Rounds for the Grave Digger and Nemesis — A+B = C, then C (blue) + B (yellow) = BC, twice → 2 BC; combine both with the Reloading Tool → Acid Rounds. Store the tool and spray; take the Lighter and herbs.
- Out to the chimney: use the Lighter (discard it), then the Metal Pipe to open a hole; go in. File order: the Supervisor's Report on the table first, then the HQ Fax on the board. A cabinet has grenades; a table has the Back Door Key.
- Nikolai — one of the game's key conversations. He explains that he and the other "supervisors" are Umbrella data-gatherers: the U.B.C.S. squads were sent to be killed by Umbrella's own creations so live combat data on the T-Virus could be collected. A tremor; he bolts.
Grave Digger
The ground splits and the giant worm rises. A colossal mutant that burrows under the underground command center.

- Wide swipes when it surfaces
Strategy- Equip the Grenade Launcher with Acid Rounds and keep firing.
- Keep moving — it telegraphs its lunge by the ground shifting.
- After it dies, cross to the far side, up the steps, through the sewer, back to the park entrance. Clear the zombies with explosive rounds — save the acid for Nemesis. Cross the pond, down the steps, over the bridge, to the end of the tree path, and use the Back Door Key.
