Rockfort Island Coastal Cliffs- You take direct control of Chris Redfield, landing his rigid inflatable boat on the rocky shores of Rockfort Island tracking Claire's trail.
- Advancing through the subterranean prison tunnels, the massive Gulp Worm bursts from the ground and swallows prison guard Rodrigo Juan Raval whole.
Gulp Worm
BossA colossal subterranean worm nesting beneath the prison tunnels, lunging up to swallow anything crossing its path.
Strategy- Unload SPAS 12 shotgun blasts or rapid Glock rounds into its gaping mouth as it surfaces.
- Once killed, the worm regurgitates Rodrigo; before passing away, Rodrigo gives Chris Claire's Lighter, confirming his sister survived the island.

Face-to-Face with Albert Wesker
Military Complex Monitoring Room- While searching the devastated facility, Chris is ambushed by Albert Wesker, whom he believed dead since the Spencer Mansion incident.- Wesker demonstrates frightening superhuman strength and agility (sporting glowing golden feline eyes) and pins Chris against the wall effortlessly. - The showdown is abruptly interrupted when facility security monitors reveal Alexia Ashford alive in Antarctica. Wesker drops Chris and rushes off to secure the T-Veronica Virus.

Hunter IIs, the Colt Python, and the Harrier Jet
Unlocking the Colt Python Magnum- Exercise extreme caution: Wesker's autonomous seeker drones have deployed lethal Hunter IIs and venomous Sweepers throughout the island.
- If you stored the Fire Extinguisher in the item box as Claire, Chris can refill it at the chemical depot and extinguish the blazing fire in the lower armory to claim the Colt Python .357 Magnum.
The Hangar and the Harrier Jet- Solve the freight lift battery puzzle in the aircraft hangar.
- Insert the Falcon emblem into the military flight console.
- Chris boards the armed Harrier Jump Jet, initiates vertical takeoff, and flies south toward Antarctica to rescue Claire.
