The Long Walk to Car 16
Head back to Car 10 and save at the bathroom panel, then start the long walk to Car 16 — expect scattered guard attacks from both directions along the way. Cross through Cars 13–15 (nothing major, just a couple of guards and supplies, plus a tank in Car 15 you can't access yet), saving again at the panel just before Car 16.

Swapping the Discs
Car 16This choice decides your endingIn Car 16, Mason is holding Christina hostage and demands the real Secret Information Disc. For the best ending, give him Disc A instead. Mason doesn't notice the swap, kicks Christina back to Jack, and raises a bulletproof wall between them.
Mason explains his plan, then reveals Boris planted a bomb in the room.

Escape in the Armored Car
Open the briefcase in the back corner to grab Disc B and a Steel Key — taking them arms the bomb, so move fast: free Christina's cuffs with the Steel Key and run for the armored car in the previous room.
An FMV shows Jack and Christina riding out the explosion in it while Mason escapes by helicopter.
