The Three Warheads
Push forward through Cars 3 and 2 (one guard each, nothing major) to reach the warheads. An FMV lays out the stakes: disarm the bombs manually or the UN detonates the whole train in an empty tunnel.
Warhead room, Car 2Pliers & EndoscopeTake the Pliers and the Endoscope from the floor near three lined-up warhead boxes. The box closest to where you picked up the Endoscope is Box A — read Microfilm A for its code and work backward from there. In full, the wire order for each box is:

Box Wire order A White, Red, Blue B Red, White, Yellow C Red, Black, Green S Scenario onlyThe Pliers and Endoscope aren't where you left them — instead there's a small key. Use it on the locked locker in Car 6's air-purifying lab (the one you couldn't open before) to find both tools there instead, then come back and defuse the boxes as normal.

Toward the Engine
Once all three are defused, Christina radios that Boris was actually planning to ram the entire train into France as a weapon — the danger isn't over yet.
Head up the ladder at the back of Car 2, cross the walkway (a guard and a small robot along the way — the guard drops a first aid kit), and continue into the engine car.
