The Surface Encampment & Rescuing Pierce
Surface Desert Military CampAya emerges into the tactical military encampment established in the Nevada desert:
- Exit the command tent and save your game at the field radio.
- Flint the hound greets you outside, delivering supplies and a heartfelt letter from Gary Douglas.
- Speak with Jodie (Pierce Route) or Rupert (Kyle Route) beside the truck to buy provisions and replenish ammunition with the supply soldier.
- Use Eve's Teddy Bear on Flint: the faithful dog catches Eve's scent and begins guiding you back down into The Shelter's depths.
Final True Ending Trigger: Saving PierceUpon re-entering The Shelter, head straight for the Golem Cryogenic Freezer Chamber on B1/B2. You will find Pierce trapped and freezing to death. Release him to fulfill the seventh and final mandatory requirement for the True Ending.
- Proceed toward the sterilization airlock: following the raid cutscene, Flint assists the wounded soldier back to the parking garage.
- Follow them into the garage: an armored military supply truck is now open for business, stocking the most devastating heavy weapons in the game (M249 SAW, MM1 Grenade Launcher, Javelin Laser, and AS12 Auto Shotgun).
- Equip your ultimate loadout (Mongoose .44, M4A1 with M203 / Grenade Pistol), Tactical Armor, and ensure you have the Holy Water, Skull Crystal, and Ofuda relics slotted.
- Save your game at the sterilization room payphone.

Pod Gantry Service — Incubation Core- Traverse the Pod Gantry Service gantry and ride the main elevator down to the incubation core to face the artificial master embryo:

Boss · Very HardThe biological zenith of the Neo-Mitochondria Project. A titanic biomechanical organism cultivated to usurp human dominion.
Attacks- Concentrated chest laser cannon beam (catastrophic damage)
- Seismic shockwaves and arm slams
- Toxic miasma discharge causing paralysis and poison
Strategy- Keep Antibody, Energyshot, and Metabolism active throughout the fight.
- Target its shoulders first and then its head to strip away its armored carapace.
- When its chest plates part to charge the laser cannon, cast the Apobiosis Parasite Energy to stagger the beast and cancel the blast.
- If you lack Apobiosis, fire a single 40mm grenade into its exposed core and immediately sprint down either side ramp to take cover below the line of fire.
- Dismantling every single body part (arms, torso, and legs) boosts your final rewards to 5,000 EXP and 20,000 BP.

The Final Confrontation: EVE
Command Bridge Gantry- Following the behemoth's destruction, swipe the Bowman Card on the corridor console to raise the bridge walkway.
- Step onto the central bridge to initiate the climactic showdown against Eve's ascended winged form:

Boss · DeadlyThe ultimate manifestation of mitochondrial consciousness in the guise of a radiant winged goddess. Her blistering speed and devastating Song attack demand pinpoint timing.
Attacks- The Mitochondrial Song: blurs the screen, ignites Aya in flames, drains all MP, and inflicts Silence
- Supersonic aerial dive tackle with plasma sparks
- Slow-moving dark energy spheres inducing Berserk
- Mirror illusion clones that inflict paralysis upon contact
Strategy- HIGHEST PRIORITY — THE SONG: Whenever the screen blurs into ripples and her singing echoes, fire immediately with the Mongoose .44 (Maeda SP ammo), Grenade Launcher, or cast Lifedrain to disrupt her focus before she completes the chant.
- Position yourself at the far ends of the bridge: when sparks crackle around her frame, prepare to dodge her high-speed diving swoop.
- Cast Metabolism the moment dark energy spheres drift across the platform to negate the Berserk ailment.
- When she summons a mirror clone, maintain spacing and eliminate the clone with the M4A1 (each clone destroyed grants +300 EXP and +1,000 BP).
- Keep your composure and land precision critical hits with the Mongoose .44 or 40mm grenades until her cellular core is purified.

Epilogue & Post-Game
Mojave Desert — Dawn- Vanquishing Eve purifies the child's genetic strain, sparing her life.
- If you fulfilled all 7 conditions, you will witness the extended True Ending FMV cinematic, where Aya, Kyle Madigan, and young Eve embark on a peaceful new life together as a family.
- Save your cleared game data to unlock Replay Mode, carrying over your accumulated EXP and BP to Jodie's M.I.S.T. armory and paving the way toward Bounty Mode and legendary weapons like the Gunblade.
