Streets & R.P.D. Main Hall

Following the truck explosion that separates Claire from Leon:

• Do not waste 9mm handgun rounds on the initial street zombies; weave through them until entering Kendo Gun Shop.
• Collect the ammunition from the counter and talk with Robert Kendo.
• Shortly after, zombies will break through the front glass window and overwhelm Kendo. Grab the Bowgun or ammo from his body and immediately escape through the back door.

• Push through the narrow back alley, dispatching only zombies that directly block your path.
• Cross the outdoor basketball court and ascend the metal fire escape stairs.
• Drop down and traverse the infected city transit bus (watch out for crawling zombies on the aisle floor).
• Exit into the front courtyard of the R.P.D. precinct and enter through the main double doors.

• In the central atrium, you will find your first typewriter and the item storage box.
• Save your progress if needed, then proceed through the western door on the first floor.

• Enter the West Wing briefing and records office.
• In the private back office, you will encounter the fatally wounded officer Marvin Branagh.
• Marvin hands you the R.P.D. Blue Keycard and locks himself in to prevent harming you as infection sets in.
• Return to the Main Hall and swipe the Blue Keycard at the front desk terminal to unlock electronic doors across the East and West wings.
