Culture & Synthesis Lab (B5)- Use the Laboratory Master Key to unlock the chemical research and cultivation sector.
- Eliminate the Ivys (Plant 43) and Evolved Red Lickers using Flame and Acid Rounds.
- Pick up the empty V.A.M. Cartridge on the lab bench and insert it into the vaccine synthesis terminal.
- Operate the chemical mixing terminal to start the purification sequence and retrieve the DEVIL Vaccine.
- Return to the B4 Infirmary and administer the vaccine to Sherry; the antidote instantly neutralizes the embryo and restores the young girl's consciousness.

Facility Self-Destruct and the Freight Elevator
Emergency Freight Platform- The emergency alarm initiates the facility self-destruct countdown (5 minutes remaining).
- Pick up Sherry and sprint toward the emergency freight elevator leading to the transit platform.
- Upon starting the elevator descent, the uninhibited Super Tyrant drops into the arena.
Super Tyrant (T-103)
BossFreed from Umbrella's restraints, this Tyrant closes distance fast with leaping charges that can end a run in a couple of hits.
Strategy- Keep circling the outer rim to dodge his rapid leaping charge attacks.
- Unload with the Spark Shot or Bowgun.
- As time winds down, a Heavy Rocket Launcher case is wedged in the platform machinery.
- Quickly pick it up and fire a single rocket to obliterate the Super Tyrant in one shot.

The Emergency Train and Final Showdown (G-5)
Subterranean Evacuation Train- Place Sherry safely inside the passenger cabin and initiate the locomotive's engines.
- Suddenly, an overload hazard alarm blares from the rear cars: an enormous amorphous wall of mutated flesh —William Birkin (G-5)— is engulfing the train.
- Advance to the rear car and dump every remaining round of heavy ammunition (Grenade Launcher, Magnum, or heavy weapons) into the center of the pulsating biomass.
- Inflicting terminal damage causes the train to automatically decouple the infected rear cars, leaving Birkin to be incinerated in the facility's nuclear annihilation.
