The Sewers and Sherry's Infection
Sewage Channels- Navigate through the flooded sewer tunnels alongside Sherry. Beware of giant spiders clinging to pipes and G-Adult mutants blocking waterways.
- While passing near an exhaust grate, William Birkin suddenly ambushes and grabs Sherry, implanting a G-Embryo inside her before Claire can pull her free.

Annette Birkin and the Cable Car
Water Treatment Control Room- On the upper catwalk, you will encounter Dr. Annette Birkin, armed and hostile toward outsiders. - Annette is devastated to learn that William infected their own daughter. She reveals to Claire that the embryo will destroy Sherry from within unless they synthesize the DEVIL Vaccine inside Umbrella's Underground Laboratory.- Activate the cable car mechanism to ride through the subterranean transit tunnel into the laboratory complex.

Entering the Underground Laboratory
Laboratory Security Sector (B4)- Upon arrival at the laboratory, carry Sherry to the Security Room / Infirmary and rest her safely in a medical bed. - Organize your item storage box: ensure you leave empty slots for chemical synthesis cartridges and heavy weapons.
Laboratory Preparation
In the Underground Laboratory, you will encounter Plant 43 (Ivys). Load your M79 Grenade Launcher with Flame Rounds; regular bullets only knock them down temporarily, but fire incinerates them permanently.
