ChaptersWhere's Laura?
Where's Laura?
- 1
Rosewater Park
Back on the streets, the goal is Rosewater Park, north on the map — the place James wanted to reach from the start, because of its ties to Mary. You'll cross paths with the strange little girl again on the way. Once inside the park, you'll meet Maria, an unsettling woman who decides to tag along from here on.
Maria MattersHow you treat Maria from this point on — protecting her, spending time with her, or keeping your distance — quietly tracks toward one of the game's several endings. See the Secrets section for the full breakdown.
Check the map for Pete's Bowl-A-Rama, the bowling alley — your next stop. When you arrive, you'll go in alone; Maria waits outside.

Pete's Bowl-A-Rama
Use the door to the left first for a short scene, then head out through the nearest door. A second scene involving Laura points you further in — follow her trail out of the bowling alley and back to Maria, who saw which way the girl went.
Head through a gated door in the direction Maria points, into an alley with a passage too narrow to fit through. Maria helps you find a door instead (which she has to open herself). Take the stairs up on the right and head through the far door — you're now inside Heaven's Night (adults only). Cross through and exit the other side, then head down to the street. Follow the road straight ahead until you spot the girl through the fog, entering the hospital.

Brookheaven Hospital — Getting Started
As usual, the hospital map is on a board to your left just inside. Head to Reception first to save, then into the adjoining Document Room.
Document RoomPurple Bull KeyA typewriter here has some documents worth reading and, more importantly, the Purple Bull Key.

Second Floor — Locker Rooms
Head up to the second floor. First stop is the Woman's Locker Room, where a Teddy Bear sits on a desk — examine it for a Bent Needle, then check the closet on the right side for a Shotgun. Next, the Men's Locker Room: examine the Bloody Towel for the Examination Room Key.
- 5
Gathering the Codes
Head down to the first floor to use the key in the Examination Room (careful — there's another room called Examining on every floor). Cross through it to unlock a door on the other side, Doctor's Lounge.
Back on the second floor, head to Examining Room 3, where a typewriter displays a randomized code — write it down. In Room M2, a nightstand holds the Lapis Eye Key (Rooms M3 and M6 have supplies worth grabbing).
On the third floor, the hallway holding rooms S1 through S14 is locked behind a keypad. On Normal difficulty, the password is:
7335

Losing Maria
A Choice That MattersBefore continuing, decide whether to spend more time with Maria first or head straight into the next room — this affects which ending you're tracking toward.
Head to Room S3. A scene plays out that ends with Maria deciding to stay behind, safe. Grab the Rooftop Key from the nightstand and head out on your own.
- 7
The Rooftop and the Trap
Take the stairs in this same hallway up to the roof, using the key you just found. A few items are worth checking (including a diary), and then you'll realize the door you came through no longer leads back — brace yourself.
After a rough scene, you'll wake up in the Special Treatment Room (previously inaccessible). Search its rooms until you find a second code written on a wall — write it down alongside the typewriter code from earlier.
- 8
The Trunk in Room S14
Head back to the hallway of "S" rooms and enter Room S14 (you can also check on Maria here, or skip it — either affects your relationship with her). Use the Purple Bull Key and Lapis Eye Key on the trunk, then enter both codes you've collected:
- Left lock: the code from the wall.
- Right lock: the code from the typewriter.
This yields a Lock of Hair. Head to the Shower Room next, after combining the Lock of Hair with the Bent Needle.
- 9
Reaching Room C2
In the Shower Room, use your combined item on a drain to fish out the Elevator Key. Take the elevator down to the first floor, heading west, to reach Room C2.
Inside, you'll find Laura — and once the scene plays out, the game's second boss fight begins.

Boss Fight: Flesh Lips
Flesh Lips
Boss · MediumTurns out the little girl set you up. Two fleshy creatures drop from the ceiling first; once you think you've cleared them, a third joins in. Let them approach a bit, then retreat and fire the Shotgun to keep them staggered before falling back again. None are especially fast or lethal on their own — with luck, you'll clear all three without taking a hit.
Attacks- Hanging lunge attacks from up to three separate bodies
- A third joins mid-fight once you think it's over
Strategy- Let them get a little close, then back off and fire the Shotgun
- Keep circling instead of standing still — none of the three are individually fast
