The Blue Card
- Enter the R.P.D. Main Hall.
- Head to the small center office and talk to the injured officer, Marvin Branagh. After the cutscene, he'll give you the Blue Card.
- Use the card on the computer terminal in the center of the hall to unlock the electronic doors.

First Licker and the Spade Key
- Open the west door (the only one available now). - Enter the briefing room to collect a file and ammo. - Go out into the 1F West Hallway. As you advance, witness the first Licker ambush from the ceiling and window. Defeat it or run away. - Enter the Dark Room under the stairs to save your game and deposit items. - Go up the stairs to the 2F. - Solve the statue puzzle by pushing the two red statues onto the tiles opposite the center statue to get the first Red Jewel. - Enter the S.T.A.R.S. office. Take the Remington M1100 Shotgun from the locker, Chris's Diary, and the Unicorn Medal from his desk.

The Diamond Key
- Return to the Main Hall through the 2F double doors and place the Unicorn Medal in the central statue to receive the Spade Key. - Use the Spade Key to open the east door on the 1F and other doors on the 2F. - Advance through the east wing to the crow hallway and go down to the basement (B1). - In the autopsy room (Morgue), open the center metal drawer, pick up the Diamond Key, and eliminate the waking zombies.

Restoring Power and Handgun Parts
- Go to the generator room in B1. Solve the power switch panel (Up, Up, Down, Up, Up) to restore the lights.
- Go to the underground parking lot and meet Ada Wong. Help her push the police vehicle.
- Go back up to the 1F West Wing and enter the office with the Diamond Key. Here you can find the Handgun Parts in a desk using the Small Key. Combine them with your VP70 to create the Matilda (3-round burst).
