Umbrella Underground Laboratory (B4 & B5)- Arrive at the underground facility and place Ada to rest in the security infirmary.
- Explore the eastern research sector and utilize the Flamethrower to permanently burn Plant 43 (Ivys) blocking ventilation corridors.
- In the B5 security room, unlock the heavy locker to obtain the Magnum Parts (10-Inch Barrel). Combine them with your Desert Eagle .50AE to assemble the Custom Magnum.

Facility Self-Destruct and Ada's Sacrifice
Central Power Control Room- Acquire the Laboratory Master Key and activate the main power turbine terminal. - The confrontation between Annette Birkin and Ada Wong reaches its emotional climax: Ada saves Leon from Mr. X / Annette, sustaining catastrophic injuries and seemingly dying in his arms. - The security klaxon announces the 5-minute emergency self-destruct sequence. Sprint toward the freight elevator platform.

Freight Elevator Platform- Upon starting the elevator descent, William Birkin (G-3 / G-4) drops into the arena, sporting quadruple claws and mutated chest jaws.

BossA far more monstrous mutation than the G-1 — quadruple claws and jaws splitting open his chest, cornering you around the freight platform.
Strategy- Unload all your Acid Rounds and Flame Rounds without pausing.
- Fire the Custom Magnum or Shotgun when the creature stops to roar.
- Keep circling the outer edges of the platform to avoid getting cornered when he leaps.
- After taking critical damage, Birkin will collapse off the platform as the elevator reaches the bottom.

Emergency Train and Canonical Ending
Underground Transit Platform- Board the moving subterranean evacuation train, reuniting with Claire Redfield and a cured Sherry Birkin.
- Help destroy the final mutated remnants of William Birkin before the train reaches the surface tracks.
