Sewers and Cable Car

• Go down the newly opened grate after defeating Birkin.
• You will reach the B1 holding cells. Meet the journalist Ben Bertolucci.
• Ada Wong will use the ventilation shaft to look for information (You briefly control Ada).
• As Ada, solve the box-pushing puzzle, get the map, collect the keys and ammo, and return to Leon.

Use the collected plugs and others from the area to insert them into the control panel next to the main sewer door.

Hint: you must use all 4 plugs. Insert the Rook, Bishop, King, and Knight Plugs into the panel to unlock the large gate leading to the lower sewers.

Advance through the channels to the waste dump. Giant Alligator: when it appears, retreat down the tunnel. Wait for it to bite the yellow gas canister on the wall (interact with it if necessary to make it fall). When it has it in its mouth, shoot the canister to blow its head up — instant kill without wasting ammo!

• Reunite with Ada, who is injured by an attack from Annette Birkin (or William).
• Use the Tram Key on the cable car control panel to descend into the Umbrella facility.
• During the ride, Birkin (G-2) attacks the roof. Shoot the ceiling when you see his claws until he retreats.
